Note: Our appointment request form collects contact information only. Full medical intake is completed in person at your first visit and is handled under our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, available at the clinic.

• GoHighLevel (GHL) , CRM and appointment management platform. We have a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with GHL covering any PHI processed through their platform.
• ChiroTouch , patient portal and records management. Subject to their own HIPAA-compliant privacy practices.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information with advertisers. We may disclose your information as required by law, court order, or to respond to lawful requests by public authorities.

6. SMS and Text Message Communications

If you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages, we may send appointment reminders, follow-up messages, or other communications related to your care. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to analyze traffic and measure ad performance. These include Google Analytics cookies and the Meta Pixel.
