Where it started
We opened our doors in 2017 with a simple frustration: too many people were getting the same quick adjustment for completely different problems. A surfer’s shoulder, a desk worker’s stiff neck, a new mom’s aching low back, and a fender-bender’s whiplash are not the same injury, so why treat them the same way?
So we built a clinic around a full assessment. Before anyone touches your spine, we run a real exam to understand what’s causing your pain, not just where it hurts. Then we match the treatment to you. That’s the whole philosophy, and it’s right there in our name on the wall: we assess before we adjust.

A graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, the founding school of the profession, Dr. Muren brings a strong sports and performance focus to the clinic. He’s the doctor the surfers, runners, golfers, and weekend warriors of the beaches tend to gravitate toward, blending hands-on adjustments with rehab to get athletes back to doing what they love. Dr. Hall is a hands-on chiropractor known for his gentle, attentive style. He cares for families, athletes, and expecting and new moms alike, with a special touch for prenatal and postpartum patients who want care that’s safe, gentle, and reassuring through every stage.

It means your first visit starts with a full exam, not an immediate adjustment. We evaluate how you move, where the pain comes from, and what’s causing it, then we build a treatment plan around the real root cause. Your $115 first visit includes that complete exam.

You’ll be cared for by Dr. Cody Muren or Dr. Eric Hall. Dr. Muren brings a sports and performance focus, while Dr. Hall is known for gentle, hands-on care including prenatal and postpartum patients. Either way, you’re in experienced hands, just let us know if you have a preference when you book.
