• Biomechanical assessment. A full physical evaluation of your posture, range of motion, and movement patterns to find the root cause.

• Diagnosis and care plan. He explains what he found, why it's causing your problem, and what treatment looks like going forward.

• First treatment. In most cases you'll receive your first adjustment or therapy during this same visit.

Follow-Up Visits: 20 to 30 Minutes

Once your care plan is set, follow-up appointments are focused and efficient. The discovery work is done. Now it's about delivering treatment, tracking progress, and adjusting the approach if needed. Patients receiving multiple therapies like adjustments plus shockwave or massage may run a little longer.
