When Same-Day Access Matters

Acute low back episodes are the most common same-day call we get. Someone bends down wrong and cannot fully straighten up. Or they wake up with a locked neck and have to be at work in three hours. These presentations are actually the most straightforward to treat when they are addressed immediately, before the guarding pattern entrenches and before compensatory tension develops in surrounding structures.

The other category is car accident patients who realize they are running out of time on their 14-day PIP window. We take those calls seriously and fit them in the same day whenever possible.

How to Get a Same-Day Appointment

New Patients on the Same Day

Same-day appointments work for new patients too. Plan for a slightly longer visit, typically 45 to 60 minutes, because the intake and assessment happen at the beginning. We do not skip the assessment to save time. We do the full evaluation and still get you treated in the same visit.
