PPO vs. HMO: Know the Difference
Florida Blue PPO members can come straight to us, no referral needed. Your visits count toward your plan’s deductible and out-of-pocket maximum, and a specialist copay typically applies.
If you’re on a Florida Blue HMO plan, you may need a referral from your primary care physician first. That’s not a roadblock, we help HMO patients navigate the referral process all the time, and in many cases it comes through the same day. Don’t let paperwork keep you from care.
We Check More Than Just Chiropractic
When we run your Florida Blue benefits, we go beyond the adjustment. We also check whether your specific plan covers:

What If Your Plan Doesn’t Cover It?
Self-pay is always an option. Our first visit, which includes your full assessment and first adjustment, is $115. Follow-up visits are $50. We accept HSA and FSA cards, so you can use pre-tax dollars either way.
