A note on pricing: The rates shown are self-pay (cash) prices. When insurance is used, charges are pending your coverage and based on the applicable Medicare fee schedule, so your actual cost may differ. We’ll verify your benefits before your visit.

Your first appointment is where the work really happens. Dr. Cody Muren and Dr. Eric Hall sit down with you, take a full history, and run a hands-on exam to find out what’s actually going on before any treatment begins. That’s the assessment-led care we’ve built our reputation on since 2017, and it’s why the first visit is 115 dollars instead of the 50-dollar follow-up rate. Every adjustment after that is a flat 50 dollars.
